WELCOME TO SWEET ACRES: YOUR SIMULATION BEGINS NOW

How does the mind truly work? How can one even begin to ethically study all of the complex layers behind trauma and grief and so much more? What can the body sustain under incredible stress? What drives people to survive despite all odds saying that they will die? What brings people together and what pulls them apart?

These are the questions that one entity known as Daisy has been wondering her entire existence. With power beyond reason, she has spent centuries speculating why people do the things they do and resenting them for their ability to do so freely. She resents them for their victories and losses, for their attention and ability to effortlessly connect. After all, Daisy is pleasant, isn't she? She does all of the things that humans claim help you make friends! She smiles and talks sweetly and is always on her best behavior...But she must be missing something. And she's not the only one who feels that way.

Maybe it's high time she samples some of these creatures and puts them in a simulation to study them up close and personal. Maybe it is time that she becomes a beacon of education to the masses! She has so many theories she'd like to test and experiments she'd like to perform! Yes. Yes, this might just be the answer to all those mysteries after all.

[community profile] sweetacres is an intense psychological horror game with heavy science fiction elements. Characters are put into a televised simulation known as Sweet Acres. Sweet Acres is an educational program cast throughout an unknown dimension to help students study concepts around psychology, science, medicine, sociology, and more. Unfortunately, your characters aren't the students: they are the test subjects and their lives in Sweet Acres are about to be exploited by an unknown and unseen audience.
